Hot Power Flow is a vinyasa-style class that flows between poses. Get your heart rate up, challenge your body, and have fun! Our hot classes are set to 90 degrees, be prepared to sweat!

In Yin Yoga we hold poses that are low to the ground for a longer period of time. These longer, restful holds help to facilitate a deeper stretch in the body. Yin is a welcome environment for all levels of yogis from beginner to advanced.

Yoga & Energy Healing is a slow flow yoga designed for students of all ability levels from Beginner to Experienced. Enjoy deeper, meditative breaths as you hold poses and explore your inner energy. The class is held in a warm, candlelit room and incorporates Reiki energy healing. End with a gong meditation to allow a deeper connection to the energy within.
