Rest & Digest: Yin Yoga
This workshop is for all levels and no prior yoga experience is necessary.
Main objective: To learn how to engage the parasympathetic nervous system on and off the yoga mat to have a more calm and balanced mindset.
In this workshop you will focus on one of the many benefits of Yin Yoga: Rest & Digest which occurs when we are able to deeply relax the mind and body which in turn activates the parasympathetic nervous system.
